Manager's application

  • Runs anywhere on any PC with Windows XP or later, Mac OSX or Linux.
  • Runs on Internet Explorer 7 or later, and Firefox 3 or later, and Opera.
  • No downloads or software to install

Call control and billing application

  • Runs on a PC located in the call shop.
  • Runs on Windows XP or later, Mac OSX or Linux.
  • Runs on Internet Explorer 7 or later, and Firefox 3 or later.
  • Requires JAVA version 6 or later
  • PC must have a static IP address

Call equipment

You will need to have one or more IP phones or analog-to-IP converters (ATAs, gateways), from which you can make calls.

  • Recommended brands: Linksys, Grandstream. Click here for more info on recommended devices.
  • Other devices will work as long as the VOIP provider is compatible with our software (most popular providers are).
  • It may be necessary to reconfigure devices.
  • Automatic device configuration service available free of charge for recommended devices.

VOIP Provider

You will need to have a contract with a VOIP provider, as we do not provide the voice services, only the billing software.

  • In general terms the software will work with any provider; but call quality and software features may vary.
