Full: includes phone service with a local number in your country plus the possibility to have one of our techs remotely access your PC to do any work needed. Additional cost
On-site visit: In some cities we have technicians available for on-site support. This service is hired and payed directly to our representative in your area. Additional cost

The software is sold as a service which needs to be payed monthly, every 3 months or yearly. There are discounts available if you pay 3 or 12 months in advance.
The monthly fee is calculated according to the number of booths and the support level required. You may request a change in the amount of booths or support level at any time and the price will be adjusted from that point forward.
Call Shop Express does not offer international call services. You must acquire the call service from a provider of your choice. We can recommend VOIP providers with excellent call quality and prices.
